I am a class of ’27 scholar athlete. I attended The Aquinas Institute for my Freshman and Sophomore season, but will attend Rush Henrietta High School in Rochester, NY for my Junior season.
I compete in Varsity Football and Track & Field. In Track & Field, I’ve competed at the national level and am a New York State champion in both the 100m dash and the 4x100m relay. At The Aquinas Institute, I was the leading wide receiver during both my freshman and sophomore seasons. In my sophomore year, our team won the NYS Section V AA Football Championship and advanced to the state semifinal game.
According to Milesplit’s College Progression Tracker my freshman division 100m time of 11.02 sec is better than 92% of Division 1 athlete’s performances when they were Freshman in High School. My Sophomore (c/o 27) 6.50s 55m dash time ranks me #1 in NYS and #3 Nationally (as of 1/22/2025).
I am confident that I will compete at the next level and contribute significantly to the success of the right team. My website features videos and highlights that show what I bring to a team. Twitter/X will be used to provide updates on my progress.
I want to study Game Design, Production, and Development in college.

Noah Collins Howard, class of 2027, is a wide receiver and sectional champion for the football team.
He’s also made quite the impact as a track and field athlete. He’s considered one of the top sprinters in the 100m dash. He ran 11.02s as a freshman, sending him to the New Balance Nationals – impressive! He’s currently ranked third in Track and Field in his class across New York State.
Today celebrates the endless daily contributions individuals and organizations who help make Aquinas a better place. This signifies the importance of working together for the common good. Philanthropic deeds come in all different shapes and sizes — charitable giving, volunteering, etc.
This past summer, Aquinas sophomore Noah Collins-Howard embarked on a life-changing journey to Ghana bringing essential school supplies to multiple villages and helping install a borehole to provide fresh, clean water to underserved communities.
Noah went on the trip with his father, mother, and brother, as part of the Water for Life initiative, an effort to address water scarcity and related health issues in remote regions in Ghana.
The borehole not only provides safe drinking water but also fosters educational opportunities by freeing young girls from hours-long journeys to fetch water. Reflecting on the experience, Noah noted how easily we take running water for granted in the US. Traveling to Ghana opened Noah’s eyes to the daily challenges many people face. Even routine tasks, like brushing his teeth, required bottled water due to the lack of running taps.
Reflecting on his experience, Noah shared a powerful message: “When we come together, we can create meaningful change.”

Collins-Howard picked up his first FBS offer this spring, and the Aquinas WR prospect is already a very talented sprinter on the track. Collins-Howard was one of the top 100m sprinters nationally, falling within .06 seconds of NY prospect Kory Brown
and NJ national recruit Xavier Sabb.
Collins-Howard is also an impact returner and does his best work with the ball in his hands. He is twitchy in space, able to make guys miss, and does a good job of stretching the field with his speed. He shows a couple of reps of some really good ball tracking and making over-the-shoulder catches fading toward the right sideline.
Collins-Howard is a two-way player, but his skillset and measurements fit better at the WR position when it comes to being a recruitable prospect.TE
My family and I recently traveled to Ghana to take part in a project that delivers fresh water to local villages. Sigma Mu Sigma (SMS) Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity is partnered with TEAM CSR, a registered nonprofit and NonGovernmental Organization (NGO) (in good standing) in Ghana. The goal of the project is to create rural water supplies in the form of boreholes to respond to the lack of clean drinking water and other related health issues in remote areas of Ghana. Each borehole will literally bring “new life” into these local communities, especially because villagers must often many walk miles in each direction, to gain access to a clean water source.
This award recognizes service by an Aquinas student who demonstrates outstanding commitment to the community through raising financial support, development of charitable programs, volunteering, or leadership in philanthropy.
I am a member of Phi Beta Sigma's (D9) Youth Affiliate program. The program focuses on Culture, Athletics, Social and Educational needs. The Sigma Beta Clubs of Phi Beta Sigma offer unique opportunities to exemplify wholesome values, leadership skills, educational enhancement, business training and development, and social and cultural awareness to male youths at a most critical stage in their personal development.
For over four decades, the Urban League of Rochester Black Scholars™ program has provided academic recognition, college readiness assistance, and scholarship incentives to students who achieve and maintain a "B" or better average throughout high school.
